“A place where you can go at your own pace while still challenging yourself. No one is pushing you but you and the group of women working out with you are amazing. My glass is full when I go to the classes and my body is thankful for relief in my lower back which has made me almost resort to surgery. They integrate Pilates and barre with PT work and so even with my herniated disk I can keep up, they provide tons of modifications to make it light or heavy. The instructors walk around and will correct you and give really good instructions to follow, they care. Best place I’ve found to work out group wise in San Diego“

My husband and I have been coming here for a while now and absolutely love the clean, convenient, and well equipped studio but most importantly we love our wonderful private instructor Hope! She is extremely knowledgeable, super attentive, caring, and overall a wonderful teacher as we learn and continue to evolve our pilates practice!“

“Just started my Pilates journey, I was really nervous about it for no reason.I took a free 30 min class before signing up and Sahar won me over. By far my favorite instructor here. I'm only 3 classes in but really enjoying it. I went with the unlimited pass so I could take as many classes as I want a month. Since it's lighter strain I wanted to be able to do more. When you start you have to stick to level 1 or 1.5 when you get more acclimated. Since it's a small studio classes fill up fast. The app is really easy to use though. I book all my classes a week or two in advance. Since level 1 gets filled up and since I work it's hard to take the mid day classes. Even if you are new to Pilates the instructors are very friendly and accommodating to meet your fitness level. They will show you how to work the machines and the right positions. New lingo to learn but you'll catch on after a class or two.So far booking ahead has worked for me. Each instructor is different so you'll never experience the same class twice. We use a variety of different weights and tools along with the reformer to build our strength. I was sore after my first class! Just a heads up I do recommend taking the free crash course if you have never done Pilates before then sign up. You are locked in for the first 3 months and then you can cancel anytime after that. And there is fee for last minute cancellations.“
