I have been member of Club Pilates since its beginnings with Alison Beardsley (2009) and I want to say… KEEP UP the EXCELLENCE. ??? Its first rate front desk service, studio condition and the excellent instructors never disappoint.
Thank you all ?“

The instructors are truly exceptional—each one challenges you in a safe and effective way, while creating an environment that’s both encouraging and compassionate.
I’ve loved taking classes with Hope, Tara, Arlene, Camille, Ania, and Delaina. Each instructor brings their own unique style to class, but all share the same commitment to proper form and alignment. They’re attentive and genuinely caring—if you’re dealing with any discomfort or injury, they always check in and offer thoughtful modifications to support you.“

The owners are passionate about what they do, the dance instructors are the best and my girls love it. Their summer camps are incredible (literally they only want to do ones here) and they have pilates for adults with the absolute greatest instructor...I've been going for a year now and love it.“

First time trying Pilates - it was fun and challenging for this not-so-graceful older woman. :) Dayna was a wonderful instructor- energetic, knowledgeable and patient! Space itself was bright and clean and everything seemed brand new and well-maintained. Reception was a very warm and efficient experience too. Highly recommend giving it a try if you are remotely interested.“

9460 Mira Mesa Blvd Unit P, San Diego“Just started my Pilates journey, I was really nervous about it for no reason.I took a free 30 min class before signing up and Sahar won me over. By far my favorite instructor here. I'm only 3 classes in but really enjoying it. I went with the unlimited pass so I could take as many classes as I want a month. Since it's lighter strain I wanted to be able to do more. When you start you have to stick to level 1 or 1.5 when you get more acclimated. Since it's a small studio classes fill up fast. The app is really easy to use though. I book all my classes a week or two in advance. Since level 1 gets filled up and since I work it's hard to take the mid day classes. Even if you are new to Pilates the instructors are very friendly and accommodating to meet your fitness level. They will show you how to work the machines and the right positions. New lingo to learn but you'll catch on after a class or two.So far booking ahead has worked for me. Each instructor is different so you'll never experience the same class twice. We use a variety of different weights and tools along with the reformer to build our strength. I was sore after my first class! Just a heads up I do recommend taking the free crash course if you have never done Pilates before then sign up. You are locked in for the first 3 months and then you can cancel anytime after that. And there is fee for last minute cancellations.“
