So I took 4 classes at this fabulous studio with Nellie, Shane and Mira. Amazing teacher's leading you through the 26-2 series.Today I taught class which was so fun and I feel so honored to be leading a class in the wonderful studio Stephanie has created !Check out this special place on Coronado Island?

Excellent classes! My first yoga experience (at 65) and the staff and participants were welcoming and caring! Hot yoga was a challenge but I really enjoyed it. The week long vacation pass is an awesome deal with mat and towel provided. Excellent feedback and direction from the instructors. Thanks Stephanie & staff!

Stephanie and her team are amazing. I recently attended classes -- Hatha 26&2 Bikram style and Yin -- as a visitor and felt completely welcome and at home. The instructor pacing and guidance is perfect to get you through the postures. The studio is bright and sunny, the bus takes you right there, and it's a five minute walk to the beach. The students are serious but fun and just as welcoming. Overall IslandYogaCoronado is everything that hot yoga should be. Namaste!
