Stephanie had such an energetic personality, played fun music, and kept the girls laughing and moving the whole class. I was absolutely sweating! Recommend checking her Pilates class out if you’re in Coronado.
So grateful to practice at island yoga while traveling in beautiful Coronado! What a lovely studio with an incredible view of the Del Coronado hotel / also very kind instructors with grounded presence and rooted in practice. This studio is clean and filled with light, a welcoming space for all. So many pricing options - I’m so grateful for the weekly traveler pass with towel and mat rental so that I can be with my practice in community while away. Thank you for offering a peaceful sanctuary, island yoga!
Took the 60 minute Bikram Yoga class, and wow! The instructor Stefan was just incredible. Great cues to follow. Made me feel immediately comfortable. And it was an epic session. Worked every muscle, and every sweat gland! Felt so great after. Would definitely be back. Thank you Stephanie!
