I love this studio! The teachers are so welcoming and helpful and there is a ton of variety in the types of classes you can take depending on what your body needs for the day. And from the studio you see a view of the ocean!
Absolutely love Island Yoga! The instructors are wonderful and the studio is welcoming to everyone. Never having done yoga before, I’ve now fallen in love with Bikram and have been going 3+ times per week! It feels so good for the mind/body/soul. Fantastic location 1 block from the beach also!
Island Yoga is the BEST! The studio is always clean. The instructors are top notch and the class offerings are all terrific. I have been a big fan of the Bikram hot series for many years (both 60 & 90 minute classes are offered) but I have grown to become a big fan of the hot Pilates as well. They are all phenomenal holistic (mind/body) workouts. Highly recommend!
