They got back to me when no one else would. They kept me updated on the technician’s location. Brandon came out, assessed the problem, fixed it and was off to the next house. He was very nice, polite and professional.
I had 2 backed up toilets and sewage coming up in the bathtub at 7 pm. Called Roto Rooter and they were at my house within the hour. Brandon fixed my problem quickly, professionally and efficiently. I thank Roto Rooter from the bottom of my bowels!
