“After talking to a couple of recommended local plumbers in Huntington Beach regarding replacement of a 75 gallon water heater I started to get frustrated. Both plumber seemed reluctant in removing the 75 gallon water heater due to the size and weight. I had discussed both tankless and tank type to get their opinions and difference in pricing. Both plumbers could not committe to any schedule which worried me since my water heater had just starting to leak.I decide to do some additional research on yelp, and ran across Swift Waterheaters that has very positive reviews. I like that their core business is water heaters! I called and talked to Susan and asked for a quote for replacement of my existing waterheater. I was given a price immediately for the tank type water heater during my call with an option of going to a tankless water heater which was elgible for a SoCal Gas $1,000 rebate. With the benefits of tankless and the rebate, I decided to go with the tankless solution. Soon after my call, I was emailed a written quote with all the fine details of the product and installation cost from Justin. Once I gave my approval, I was able to schedule installation for 3 days later. I was notified by text that Zack would be doing the installation. I received another text from Zack the day of the installation that he was in route.Zack arrived on time and began the process of taking out the old water heater and preparing for the new tankless water heater. Zack worked non-stop to get the project done in a timely manner with a very clean professional installation. He also answered all my question and gave me further explaination of the tankless water heater system and installation. The plumbing and placement is flawless!Soon after completion, I received the invoice and a link to the SoCal Gas link for the $1,000 rebate.Thank you and your crew for an exceptional job! Your company has it together from taking my call through the completion process! I highly recommend Swift Water Heater company. BYW: It’s only been just shy of a week, but the Navien tankless water heater preforms great with quick hot water and is such a space saver!“

“Cody did a great job fixing our pipe leak near the water meter. We have the old polybutylene pipe and he managed to reconnect it to the water meter using copper pipes and sharkbite coupling. Thanks to his hard work we can finally turn our water back on!“

He was also very understanding when we told him that we'd just had our carpets cleaned. He avoided dirtying them. “My husband and I bought a fixer upper in Mission Viejo in 2021 and hired Michael and his crew to totally renovate the inside of our home. They tirelessly worked on my project for 14 weeks and one of his crew, Luis, stayed on to finish the details (tile floors, tile backsplash, paint, minor drywall, etc.) for another 6 months. They moved two load bearing walls to expand the kitchen; added an additional bedroom, bathroom, and loft to the upstairs; added a walk-in tub to the guest bathroom; redesigned the master bathroom and closet; refaced the fireplace; replaced all the doors; replaced or added electrical outlets, light fixtures, and plumbing just to name a few. Every square inch of the interior of our home was refurbished! It was a huge project and we are very satisfied with the result.Michael definitely knows what he's doing. We worked together flawlessly. He did all this with a great attitude. He began to understand our personalities and how we wanted things. We felt he was looking out for our best interest and we trusted him and his judgement. For example, when we asked for advice about quotes we received from window installers/vendors, he'd advise us that the quotes were too high or fair. He'd give his perspective on what he thought the going rate should be and that perhaps we were being overcharged. Good to have an expert on hand.After working so closely with him for so long, we have developed a great friendship and respect for each other. Considering that we just found him on Google and he did not come as a referral, it's understandable why we were initially uneasy to trust him with our valuable asset, our home. After hearing so many horror stories of renovation and contractors, we're very blessed that our experience was not that. We wholeheartedly wish everyone have the same awesome experience we have had with our project and contractor, Mike. Thank you Mike, Marty, and Luis.
