When I first inquired about replacing my 75-gallon gas water heater with an 80-gallon heat pump water heater, I was impressed with John Howe’s product knowledge and ability to understand my goals. (I was very particular with how I wanted it installed.) He recommended a solution and then helped turn my dream into reality. It was a complicated project that involved temporarily relocating our old water heater and demolishing a water-damaged pedestal. And while there were several twists and turns along the way that didn’t reveal themselves until after the walls were opened up, the Sweetwater Plumbing crew handled everything professionally. The installation was super clean which is what I really wanted. Can’t recommend Sweetwater Plumbing enough…and highly recommend heat pump technology to anyone looking to replace their traditional gas or electric equipment. First photo is before, second is after.“

“I called plumbing buddies with a leak at my whole home water filter system. I called them and left a message and with in five minutes I got a call back I informed them of my problem and that I had attempted and failed to repair it myself and they said that they could repair it. Later that same day they stop by to give me an estimate. I was pleased with the price and they said they could be back the next day to repair as they had a client already scheduled for that day. They showed up on time and ready to work they were fast and the quality was excellent and they were very professional. They even made my whole system easier to replace in the future if it fails again. If I have anymore plumbing issues in the future I plane to call them back and I plan to recommend them to anyone who needs a quality plumber“

“We were notified by our city that we had a possible water leak, as our water meter box had been flooded. I called Ben and he was able to schedule a time to come out the following day. After some diagnostics he figured out that a portion of the main line had a pinhole leak. He gave me several options and was able to get to work the same day. He was quick, dug out a portion of our yard and by the end put the sod back where it was. Excellent communication and will definitely hire for the future.“

“My husband and I called high speed plumbing this morning for a last minute camera inspection appointment, they quoted us the best price and we decided to go ahead and book the appointment with them, and they were able to put us on the schedule within 2 hours of calling. Jonathan was our plumber ,he was extremely punctual, friendly, and he remained completely professional for the entirety of our appointment. He did not rush through the appointment to get to the next client like a lot of other plumbers do ,he really took his time to resolve our plumbing issue, to make sure it was done correctly. We also have a big repipe job we’re getting ready for and he offered to give us a quote, he inspected the house plumbing, he took photos and then he spoke to his boss and he was able to get us a huge price reduction that will save us thousands of dollars on the repipe. We feel super relieved we got our situation resolved today and that we were able to get a much more affordable quote compared to your usual big name plumbing companies.
