My tankless water started leaking and I went through the warranty process and Rinnai approved service provider locater to find a someone. The unit was under warranty and approved for replacement, but the estimate I got from the service provider (Nolasco Plumbing) was very high, much higher than I expected or was willing to pay. Through a recommendation, I contacted Infinity and from the get go, communication was great, rough order of magnitude costs were explained, and an appointment was set. We lost power which really screwed up our water pump. Turns out the piston in the unit snapped when power was restored (ours is 5 years old).
They (Art) came out on schedule, with the piston, and fixed our unit in about an hour. Art (and Carlos) are top notch, as is their company. We’ve recommended them to several of our friends and neighbors.

Steve morinos was awesome! We bought our home from dr Horton and they did a bad job installing the gas dryer. We had a gas leak. Infinity team sent an amazing, professional gentlemen Steve Morinos. He assured everything was installed properly including sealing the vent and gas line. He went above and beyond and put our units back properly. Thank you for taking care of our laundry room.
