When I first inquired about replacing my 75-gallon gas water heater with an 80-gallon heat pump water heater, I was impressed with John Howe’s product knowledge and ability to understand my goals. (I was very particular with how I wanted it installed.) He recommended a solution and then helped turn my dream into reality. It was a complicated project that involved temporarily relocating our old water heater and demolishing a water-damaged pedestal. And while there were several twists and turns along the way that didn’t reveal themselves until after the walls were opened up, the Sweetwater Plumbing crew handled everything professionally. The installation was super clean which is what I really wanted. Can’t recommend Sweetwater Plumbing enough…and highly recommend heat pump technology to anyone looking to replace their traditional gas or electric equipment. First photo is before, second is after.“
“Having my garbage disposal start leaking at 10pm on a Saturday night, I was surprised to be able to have a service setup for Sunday. Matthew at Plumbing MATTers Rooter & Plumbing Services texted me about my Yelp service request early Sunday morning and was able to have a technician to my house by 8:30 am that same day. His technician, a Matthew also, was polite and had my new 1/2 hp garage disposal installed within 20 minutes or so. He even replaced some of my cracked caulking around the air release on top of the sink. I really appreciated the upfront pricing and options provided via text even before I chose them. They are top notch and offer great customer service. I will be sure to use them again for other plumbing needs.“

“We are so thankful for Mike and Shane of AccuServe Plumbing in Eastvale as our “go to” and “one and only” highly technical experts and service provider for anything and all needs related to plumbing! They have been providing plumbing services in our home for over a decade long, and every single one of our multiple requests/calls over the years were promptly responded to and quickly repaired/resolved and handled with honesty, integrity, professionalism, great quality workmanship, and always at very fair and reasonable pricing. They have replaced our water heater years ago; detected and fixed our water leaks; repaired a major leak in our main water valve; changed out our garbage disposal; changed out our water faucets. This morning, we had no running hot water, and we were not able to relight the gas pilot and it seemed to us there was a chamber or system failure. We called on Mike and he responded in 10 minutes. Mike and Shane arrived at our home within the same hour thereafter. Immediately Mike was able to relight the pilot and while they waited long enough to ensure we have hot running water again, Mike took the time to explain how the water heater chambers work; how to properly relight the pilot; and he educated me on the manufacturer Rheem’s process/procedures and requirements for technicians to first properly determine the problem and mitigate before ordering parts on behalf of the homeowners. We didn’t need to order any parts after all and once again we are so grateful for Mike and Shane’s help, honesty and terrific service. Thank you so much, Mike and Shane!“
