I don't get why so many of the 1 stars are so rough, like the one with an "accidental delivery of food" whose fault is that? Not the workers at Spectrum that's for sure. One talked about a nurse not putting the needle in easily, well sometimes they can't depending on YOUR body. If you have easy to find and access veins it's fine. As for the rest of the review, I doubt they'd charge you twice for a medical procedure so that's kinda sus. The person who talked about having to pay $5000 instead of $4000 sounded like maybe there was an issue with payment and there was probably some confusion. I hurt my ankle playing basketball on a Wednesday night and called them the next morning to see if I could get an X-Ray. They were able to fit me in later that afternoon which was super convenient. Everyone I encountered at the office was nice and very helpful! I got my X-Rays results back quicker than they told me and it was a very seamless experience overall!

Came into Spectrum MRI after being injured. Can't say anything but the best about their staff and new facility they have built. If you need a center that makes you feel like a VIP client and not just another patient, come to Spectrum MRI.
