On 12/9 called MTM for ride, no record in system. Called Anne Xiong of KP, she helps only for Sacramento. Called Manny of KP, not taking calls. Called Medicare Mem SRVS, do not help for ride. Chtristopher Registered my complaint # S 379 586 259. Hired from market for $ 30. Need immediate reimbursement. As per Kaiser Foundation Inc, letter if you use other ride send receipts. It is always that Kaiser is slave to MTM. Cannot take any action against MTM. Informed IEHP also.
