Just like any other Kaiser, miserable staff aside from a handful of people with good attitudes, medical safety practices are not followed, PA's and nurses have god complexes. All this great service for the low low price of thousands and thousands of dollars.

Now I know why Kaiser's always getting sued My son was there via paramedics still had a wait in the lobby 4 hours And the manager Britney Cannot answer any questions But yet could ask a lot of questions All I could say is good luck

Ride booked on 12/6/22 for going on 12/9/2022 from 111548 Trailway Dr. Riverside, CA 92505 to 3845 La Sierra Ave. Riverside, CA 92505 and back, round trip. On 12/9 called MTM for ride, no record in system. Called Anne Xiong of KP, she helps only for Sacramento. Called Manny of KP, not taking calls. Called Medicare Mem SRVS, do not help for ride. Chtristopher Registered my complaint # S 379 586 259. Hired from market for $ 30. Need immediate reimbursement. As per Kaiser Foundation Inc, letter if you use other ride send receipts. It is always that Kaiser is slave to MTM. Cannot take any action against MTM. Informed IEHP also.
