I Just want to take a minute to express the great customer service and patient care citrus valley internal medicine has given me. First time patient of PatriciaGreco. She was very understanding and took the time to hear me out and help me with my medical needs. All my questions and concerns were answered. Her team was fast in rooming. I want to give a special thanks to her medical assistant Yesenia. She was fast on answering my calls and messages regarding labs and prescriptions. She was very supportive and patient with me. Tom Ku is the most amazing healthcare provider I have ever had. He has so much patience especially with my aunt who was so difficult and she clicked with Tom. I have sent so many people to go see Tom Ku cause he listens and remembers everything. I can't say enough good things about the care I have received from him. Every person I send to Tom tells me that guy was awesome !!!! He deserves 100 stars.

Melissa is hands down the most on point MA of Citrus Valley! Handled business when needed, she definitely understood the assignment. Her phone rang, she answered. Needed specific orders, she took notes and said say less in the most professional manner possible. Work note acquired. Labs handled. Relay message to Tom Ku, without a doubt she delivered. Forget a 5 star, give her a 6 star no cap review. The company better recognize her more and give this woman a sweet gift card because she well deserves it!
