“I've had problems with the Providence app update. The receptionist I checked in with understood and sent me the link to reinstall & update my phone. My visit was for a routine medicare annual physical and Dr. Hua took plenty of time to discuss my medical history, recent labs and make lifestyle reccomendations. This was only my 2nd visit with Dr. Hua after my earlier doctor moved back East after more than 10 years treating me. I'm looking forward to developing a long term relationship similar to my earlier doctor. I was happy to see Rosie, the RN, is now training and supervising the newer nurses on the computer entry as well as checking the pre-examination protocols. The team all seemed happy, pleasant, unrushed and on time.”
