He’s still a great doctor only now his resources to specialized services has expanded greatly. His team of professionals are really extraordinarily wonderful. “I had to come to this location for blood work since the Tustin location doesn't do it. Needles scare me, and I'm not comfortable seeing doctors. I was called in right away upon my arrival. The nurse that drew my blood was very good. I barely sat down in the chair and she was done. I didn't feel a thing.“
“I have been treating my endometriosis with Dr. Lee for 2years now. Words cannot explain how grateful and appreciative I am to Dr. Lee and his staff. They are truly amazing! If anyone is familiar with how endometriosis affects your daily life, I recommend visiting Dr. Lee. I have little to no pain. Dr. Lee has also worked with me in regard to balancing my hormones. If you are open to holistic healing, Dr. Lee is your answer. “I don't get why so many of the 1 stars are so rough, like the one with an "accidental delivery of food" whose fault is that? Not the workers at Spectrum that's for sure. One talked about a nurse not putting the needle in easily, well sometimes they can't depending on YOUR body. If you have easy to find and access veins it's fine. As for the rest of the review, I doubt they'd charge you twice for a medical procedure so that's kinda sus. The person who talked about having to pay $5000 instead of $4000 sounded like maybe there was an issue with payment and there was probably some confusion. There was more than likely an issue with payment at first and they only received $3000 which they tried making clear to you and you thinking they're lying or something and that you payed in full thought they were trying to stiff you. I worked as an intern packing up the place, and there were no interactions out of the couple hundred I saw where they were doing something like was mentioned in these poor reviews. I'm fact I'd say there were a lot of files where the person or insurance didn't even pay Spectrum what was required, so Spectrum lost thousands to unpaid services. If anything I'd think they're trying to make sure you pay if they ever do have lawyers call you cause they don't want to lose anymore money.“

“We had to take my son last week for a hip injury probably a little after 1300! Not busy at all! Let's start off with the front desk, I didn't catch her name but what a friendly face! To be greeted in such polite manner when you're worried or going through a lot makes a great deal of a difference? Her smile was kind and warm! We filled out forms which were fairly easy- we got through them quickly. After that we got checked in and in a matter of minutes, our nurse took us back for the intake and vitals. Our PA was attentive and explained everything! My son had several x-rays taken and was referred for an MRI! The facility was immaculate! Clean! Clean clean! Wonderful service all around! This has become our new go to! Thank you all for being so attentive and caring for our boy. We truly appreciate it.“

“Anything that needs repairs, enhancements, etc. Diego is the person to hire! He came in and help us in a time of need. Our water heater case enclosure was in need of being replaced as it's over 50 years old and many people in this profession declined to work on it, never the less could actually fix it. Diego not only came and gave a very reasonable price but stuccoed the area and helped seal all entry point to ensure that no little critters could find their way in. He even updated the securities of tank and pipes to be in code. The quality of work that Diego does is exceptional.I can't express how much I have been looking for someone that can be honest, knowledgeable and do a quality job.
