The front desk is grossly uneducated and this office up-codes private insurance patients to cover others. They make false claims in your file and do not follow up with referrals or anything needed. This used to be an amazing office to visit and now there more harm caused than good. De. valentine has gotten rude and his decisions on care are shaky at best.

Absolutely the worst doctor office ever!!! Takes forever to get them on the phone. Then appointments are months out. And you have to be a brainless sheep and wear a mask if you want to see your doctor. While the doctor doesn't wear a mask. It's like a 3rd world country and the staff is rude as well. They're all wearing masks that don't stop airborne microbial viruses it's ridiculous. I switched doctors and I'm so excited to get away from that hell hole. Do not go to this doctor if you want to be treated with respect and care and smarts.

The young doctor on the team and a same-day appointment are the only redeeming qualities of this clinic. Just beware of the manipulation & misdiagnosis. Don't make any decisions based on what your hear in this office. My experience: After asking for immunization boosters for my daughter, they were able to fit me in a busy schedule. I appreciate that. We get checked into a room and things are moving smoothly. They prick my daughter's finger to test iron and give her a lollipop as a reward. No issues. Then I'm told that a full physical is necessary, even though I don't want it. I inform them that a full exam is not necessary, but they insist. A nurse comes in to administer...read full review
