Had my appointment yesterday and asked to go out side an hour 1/2 later because my child was being too loud. Staff is very rude and unprofessional you can hear them talking down about patients with medical. Never had to leave a bad review about any place but just had to with this one. Some one needs to re-hire a more professional and friendly staff.

I had to put one star so I can leave my review. In my opinion they deserve none! I had transferred to this office and was seen by dr.makadem. He’d stated he’d be delivering my twin boys through c-section and do my remaining appointments. I had an appointment to check the growth of my twins and was admitted that same day. I was admitted into Pomona Valley and remained on bed rest for 3-4 days. The last night I went into emergency csection which was done by an on call Doctor. When I tried to get my work paperwork done they had told me he wouldn’t do them because he didn’t deliver the babies. My dr is the one who recommended me here. I should of checked reviews before doing anything. This is the worst office! You habe to be here almost 1 hr before your actual appointment then it takes about 25-45 minutes for them to call you in just for vitals then another 45 minutes to an hr to get into a room and see a PA. I'm almost due and only seen the actual dr 2x. The only reason ive stayed was because i couldn't find time to transfer doctors with my crazy schedule. The 1st time was hi im going to be delivering your baby we can do some blood work n see you in 2 wks. The next time i seen him. We might have to enduce you but yet never showed to the appt to let me know...read full review
