Upon walking in I was greeted immediately.
The front lady was amazing. She was so helpful and professional.

The facilities were great in the back. Clean, professional well taken care of.

I can't stress enough Dr.Sedrak was so accommodating and professional that we all felt at home!

“The staff was exceptional throughout my mother’s care. Everyone was welcoming, compassionate, and supportive during her recovery after her accident. The doctor was not only knowledgeable but also had a great sense of humor, which helped make each visit more comfortable. It was especially meaningful that the doctor spoke Spanish, as my mother only speaks Spanish. Being able to communicate with her directly made the entire experience much easier and more reassuring for our family. We truly appreciate the excellent care and professionalism we received.“

“I’ve been a patient at Aegis Treatment Centers for a while now, and I really want to give a heartfelt thank you to the nurses there. Whenever I’m sick or not feeling well, they always step in right away and make sure I’m taken care of. It never feels like I’m just another patient to them. They genuinely check on me, help me through it, and make sure I’m as comfortable as possible.

The manger Shue who visited me was funny and made sure I was having an exceptional stay. I loved I was still given footprints of baby as a keepsake and given a wonder tumbler to stay hydrated during my stay. “They're really professional, kind, and care about us. One day I had gastritis and needed a blood test but i didn't drink much water it took them a while to get my vein, they're really patient and let me drink the water.

After that, they referred me to one GI doctor but that doctor was very unprofessional they rescheduled me 2 days before the appointment, I already made the appointment with them 1 month or 2 months before but they suddenly rescheduled even on the same day but at a different time and i already have something to do in the afternoon.

Then I called Central City Community Health Center told them what happened, and within a few days I got the approval from the new GI doctor, they even called me to make an appointment
