Overall a great clinic and staff. Except for a front office receptionist that was hitting on a patient. She told patient, “ your my cup of tea are you married.” I’m a medical assistant myself would never do such a thing.

Dr.Ismailjee is amazing. But if I for some reason have to cancel my appointment or forget to make one when im there then its hell. Been on hold for 1 hr and they just hang up. Called again, put on hold again after 1 hr hang up again. Have to drive to Temescal valley where they actually answer their phones. When I Live 5 mins from the eastvale one. Easier to go in person to make an appointment than to call.

I’ve been there no several times now and the front desk staff needs major training. The gentleman on the left side and the lady in the very front are not friendly or welcoming. You will be the only one in line and they do not acknowledge you for several mins and will then send you to the sweet girl on the right that checks in everybody. You might want to consider changing that up if they are the face of your business. Other than that, the facility is clean and The pediatric doctor we see, Dr. Nguyen is good. Lab is conveniently on site.
