I called today to get my daughter a appointment along with an excuse for being out sick. Whoever answered the phone was rude and cut me off before I can finished " have you seen doctor soltani yet? (Doesn't let me finish talking and she continues to talk and not listen) "yea because you have to be seen before getting an excuse" like duh! If you would have let me finish you would have known I'm not incompetent to that information! It was just the tone and manners of handling the phone call which rubbed me wrong way!

For me I'm not big going to the Doctor because of a BAD experience I had with a urgent Care I almost lost my thumb.I found Doctor Madi office though a family member. Let's be honest about 80% of Doctors in Riverside don't care about their patients. I could be wrong but this is my honest opinion.With Riverside Family Physicians you can get a same day appointment but you have to start calling at 8:30 if you want to talk or see your doctor and they are not there they asks if you would like talk to a different doctor. All the doctors and PAs here are awesome! Their answering and appt service leaves something to be desired, but once you get there it's all good. Had many, many worse health care providers and few better. I think they’ve changed answering service providers as it seems much better lately. I’m upgrading their stars.It’s a very nice, clean and spacious office and the wait time is very short. Most times there’s only one other person in the waiting room, or none. Their staff of intake people, PAs, doctors and others are first rate. I’ve seen Dr Smith a lot, he was a very kind and gracious person.
