“Still with the effects of the anesthesia but very grateful to ALL the hospital staff, in the office everything was immediate and without long waits, and although my husband, my mother and I were a little anxious because I am allergic to a type of muscle relaxant, but thanks to the nurses and the anesthesiologist I was able to calm down and relax, thank God everything went very well, I would say excellent, everyone was very kind, and also grateful to my gynecologist Kaylene Carr for everything.“

“This location has very respectable RN’s who always treat me with kindness and show hospice care. I always attend my treatments with my grandmother and they welcome her as well with respect and acknowledgment. They check on me constantly to see how I am during my treatment and question me on my day. Great service, good hospitality, and great nurses!“

“They're really professional, kind, and care about us. One day I had gastritis and needed a blood test but i didn't drink much water it took them a while to get my vein, they're really patient and let me drink the water.

After that, they referred me to one GI doctor but that doctor was very unprofessional they rescheduled me 2 days before the appointment, I already made the appointment with them 1 month or 2 months before but they suddenly rescheduled even on the same day but at a different time and i already have something to do in the afternoon.

Then I called Central City Community Health Center told them what happened, and within a few days I got the approval from the new GI doctor, they even called me to make an appointment

“I needed to get a pap test and didn’t want to drive all the way out to my OB/GYN in Orange County, especially because they book out far in advance. Thought I would check if Planned Parenthood had availability and they could do the very next day.

I saw nurse practitioner Yvy and she was so flipping wonderful. Genuinely great person and medical professional. She did a breast exam, urine sample, and the pap test. She was also super thorough in her questions and advice.

I hadn’t had a Pap test in three years and because I had needed a colposcopy for abnormal power results in the past, I was sort of nervous to get another Pap test done. But it was so quick, comfortable, just an overall really good experience.

I absolutely loved NP Yvy. It felt like I had known her for years, the conversation was so friendly and easy. The facility is modern, beautiful, clean, the staff is all really efficient and sweet. Highly recommend for whatever services you need. 10 out of 10.“

“Idk what I would do or where I would be without Dr jimenez & Corey. I literally owe them my life. He's been my primary doctor for 11+ years. I'm thankful for him & the nurse practitioner she's amazing. He's very knowledgeable & goes beyond to help. They are definitely the best doctor's to manage any of your health issues. Yes there's a wait like any other place but it's very well worth it. The girls in the front office are the best specially the OGs Maria Rosa Sandra and Lucia you guys are awesome and anyone else I might be missing.
