“Everything is great about this place. Followed Dr. Martinez here several years back and commute, and the nurses are always fantastic. Great communication before, between and after appointments. I've seen multiple people at reception over the last few weeks, and I think some of the complaints may be valid, but some of the patients are also quite vile when they find out that they need an appointment which seems like it should be a no brainer at a clinic that isn't urgent care or ER. Great care here, and if you use the KP app to message, other doctors and nurses are quick to respond if your primary doctor is out.“
“If i can give 10**** I will give it to San Antonio Surgical Center, I checked in to the 2nd floor, the ladies were nice and welcoming the check in lady at the front desk was friendly and got me in earlier. and the nurses AMAZING!!! since the moment I got there the nurses were SUPER NICE, FRIENDLY AND THEY TOOK CARE OF ME!! so caring the RN nurse that was by my side the nicest lady,. my procedure was scheduled for 2pm with Dr. Basim Z Abdelkarim and the staff that works with that doctor amazing. - the after care I felt comfortable -The nurses helped me so much -The place is so clean - Nurses keep checking up on you. EVERY SINGLE PERSON THERE IS SUPER CARING THANK YOU TO THE STAFF THAT WAS THERE 2/12/2024 FROM 1PM- 4PM. NURSES AT THIS PLACE ARE THE MOST CARING PEOPLE.“
“By far this upland location is my favorite. They are always fast, clean, and helpful. I was helped out by PA Camille and she was definitely the highlight of my day. She was so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. She made me feel so comfortable in her care. Thank you Camille! Highly recommend this location to everyone“

“Met at the door by Lisa and taken to a room. The room walls don't meet the ceiling but this is not uncommon. She asked if I'd been there before and I said no. She said to get comfortable and she would be right back. When she returned I was face down on the table and covered with the towel. Lisa asked if I wanted hard or medium and I selected medium. She was very strong and worked from my shoulders on down to my legs. Turned me over and continued the massage. She was attentive and didn't miss a spot. It was $60 for one hour and I got the whole hour. Lisa is very good and friendly. Her English was good and conversation pleasant and helped make me feel at ease. I was relaxed and happy at the end and left with a bottle of water. I plan to visit her again.“

“I'd like to update my review -- this is a communicative and top notch Allergy office. The FD has improved and the quality of care between the doctors and Frank is excellent. There are a lot of people who come here for allergy shots -- but the team is accommodating and efficient. They are much better than the two other places I've had allergy shots at.“
“It’s a convenient clinic near home, everyone is nice and helpful. I like my doctor.“
