Anthony and or Perfect Star emailed or called ahead confirming arrival time of appointment. Communication was excellent during the service and Anthonys patience was tested by our questions. First class from beginning to end and will ask for Anthony for the next service in June
Perfect Star is worthy of your trust and your business! There aren't many companies that offer the service and expertise like Perfect Star does. From our maintenance call with Gio to our install with Emmanuel and Danny this group of people is phenomenal! We chose Perfect Star to switch to for our maintenance. Gio came out to do our first maintenance visit and did a great job. He took pictures of our system, ducting, etc to show us how things were looking (not good, which we knew but didn't know how bad.) Anthony was a big help in analyzing our older furnace and explaining what is up. He showed us pictures to highlight concerns and made suggestions. We will be meeting w/his “comfort techs” to move on.
