Our AC blower needed to be replaced. Although I reached out to them on a holiday in the middle of a rare and harsh heat wave, they came very fast and replaced the blower. I really appreciate the service and responsiveness of the ASM and will always consider them as a trustable go to place in future.
I don’t often write a review unless the service is exceptional. The technician, Alfredo, did an excellent job-he first diagnosed the problem and communicated his findings using terms I can understand (especially since I know nothing about an AC unit), he also took his time to make sure his work was clean and efficient, and was incredibly professional.
