I cannot speak highly enough of In Demand and their team. I have worked with them for Plumbing and HVAC help. Both departments were so good I am going to give a review for each.
First Plumbing. I first found In Demand for a previous house and they were a fantastic help for getting a faucet replaced that was rusted over. Very professional, efficient, and a reasonable price.
We have recently moved into a new home and o man there was a lot of work that should have been done that wasn't. Jesse was the first one stuck with me and went through the entire house to help identify what the issues we knew about were as well as ones that we should be aware of. Very patient with me, explained things well, and fixed everything up so my family can use all the plumbing with confidence.
I also learned the hard way that you aren't supposed to put egg shells down the disposal. For that one Vince was stuck with me. He was very nice, got things cleared up, and checked the area beyond my screw up thoroughly while he was in there to make sure there were no other issues I caused.
For the second part I would like to also give a lot of gratitude to Ben C. at In Demand helping with HVAC. This house has a lot going on, new unit with issues, trying to use home warranty, and more. Ben has come multiple times now and really took the time to figure out what was going on, explain it to me, and help me work with home warranty to get things moving along.
AND!!! Anytime I call In Demand Jasmine answers and she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Always a pleasure to speak with.
I signed up for their maintenance plan and recommend you do the same if you are a homeowner. Seriously fantastic. Don't know what I would do without you guys. We went to see Lito a couple of days before our wedding because it was close by and he opens really early. He was the coolest guy, the shop has a cool vibe great sports and Hollywood decor. He took his time with my husbands hair super clean lines and really styled his beard to be sharp and neat. When my husband was done he refused to accept payment, or even let us give him a tip. He said its a wedding gift and wished us all the blessings. He has a customer for life. Thanks Lito for making my husband even more handsome on our wedding day.

I had called in to ask if they are able to do a structured gel manicure (BIAB), with short extensions (I had nubs), and some light cuticle work. I was referred by my bestie to this place and I absolutely love it, I made an appointment with Eli, she helped me right away, did my hair so gently, I have a sensitive head I didn't even had to mention it. while I was waiting I met Angelica super sweet lady , I saw how she cut this young girl's hair she was super patient, both ladies were amazing, & kind hearted. they are located at the Mi cielo shopping center , so there's several parking. My therapist this time was Nancy her pressure was nice and firm and consistent throughout my entire 90-minute massage she also Incorporated hot Stones which really felt really good. I had my nose pierced here by Johnny about a month ago, and the experience was amazing. I’ve had my nose pierced multiple times in the past at other places and always ended up with infections or keloids. This time, my piercing has healed beautifully with no keloid and no signs of infection. The piercer was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. That was so simple! After our 15-year-old water heater gave up the ghost, they were quick to offer a same-day visit and some basic troubleshooting. Roberto prepared and painted exterior walls and gutters. The crew installed more than 200 feet of gutter screen, working at height. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with their work and I would hire them again!
Chris and the entire NorCal Construction crew were great! They completed our bathroom renovation and lighting installation with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy. Chris assured us and was confident that they can and will do everything right; they did not cut corners and ensured the quality of their work will speak for itself. They also made sure that we were happy with the work. Chris was more than willing to return to make minor adjustments we requested to make sure we were satisfied with the work before closing the project.

Honestly I expected this place to be just okay since pest control companies can be kind of hit or miss. But they were really thorough and didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff I didnt need. the guy who came out was super chill and took his time explaning everything he was doing. I even got a call the next day asking if everything was good which I definately did not expect. felt more like I was talking to a friend then a sales pitch or whatever. Already told my neighbor about them and I'll be calling them again for sure. Real glad I gave them a shot.
Milo Landscaping and Gil, the owner, was a breath of fresh air regarding construction services. The were prompt, practical, and professional as well as competitively priced. They installed a decomposed granite path with seating area, created a dry creek, installed some plants, and placed mulch throughout the backyard. They finished the job in 3 and a half days and left the site clean of debris. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a landscape project.

Flores Tree & Landscape came out today and provided tree trimming services. I am very happy with the service provided. They have reasonable pricing and a great knowledge of the many different trees on my property and how best to handle them. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommending them to my neighbors and friends.

Wow, the reviews are true! I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Noble and left with relief from the lower back pain I was experiencing. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Ritsuko, who happens to be the doctor’s wife. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and informative. The atmosphere was calm and professional, and I immediately felt like I was in good hands.
Dr. Noble was equally amazing. He took the time to actually listen to my concerns and did a thorough assessment to pinpoint the exact source of my lower back pain. I appreciated how clearly he explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. Best of all, after just one visit, I felt a noticeable difference. The relief was incredible! I have been visiting Dr. Hatch for two months now and I have to say I am very grateful for his service. I have visited a few different chiropractors and could not find one that would help. I came to this office feeling skeptical but in desperate need of help. Dr. Hatch did not treat me like another number but really paid attention to my need. My specific and complicated need. He really does pay attention to my concerns and is fine with changing a technique if it’s not working out well. Our cat was not feeling well. My son and I brought her in. The tech checked her weight and took some information on our girl.
The Dr examined her and, explained some things that could be the illness. They ran the test. They let us know they would have the results in the morning.
The appointment was complete for the day. I had another appointment to go to so I had to send my son home with an Uber. My son is disabled. I want to give a big thank you to Suzanne for her help getting my son get in the Uber with our cat, his cane, and backpack.
In the morning we received a call to pick up the antibiotics for the infection
Within 24 hours we were all more relaxed because our girl felt so much better.

My dogs were so dirty, and matted, when I left they looked like a whole new dog.
And to Adilson Freitas, I have been going to this place for 4 years, and I know you can't schedule appointments for 5pm, the last appointment time is 3pm, and if you said you got there at 5pm had to wait 9 hours for your dog to be done, then had you had to wait an additional 30 minutes then you would have picked your dog up at 2:30am and Leah would not keep a dog more then 5 hours and if she would then she would call and do them the next DAY SO GET YOUR STORY AND MATH STRAIGHT
