So far so good! They came out to diagnose our AC issue, first visit identified the issue, Freon leak, and filled our unit so we would stay cool temporarily. Next visit found the leak and now the new part is on order. Very kind, prompt in showing up, and let’s us know what is going on. Excellent! We appreciate their attention to customer care as well as attention to our AC unit.Service: A/C system repair

They resolved it.Feedback on 09/07/2023.I am still waiting for the technician to fix the disconnected A/C hose in my crawl space. Got technician two times but they couldn’t get to the crawl space as they weren’t informed by their scheduling team and hence weren’t prepared with jump suit to get to the crawl space. I got the link to post my experience. However, hoping that I will get a call to schedule another appointment as the technician told me that he will talk to scheduling and will come prepared.
