Called them because my A/C was not working. They told me they were booked 2 weeks out in the hottest of days. I thought that might happen and waited the two weeks. Someone had recommended them. After booking my appt. Two other friends had also used them. The serviceman was punctual, professional and checked different areasIncluding the filter because sometimes people just forget about them.He told me what the problem was, he had the part and the price out the door. I chose them because of the recommendations and I was afraid I would get a company that may just tell me anything because it was so hot and I was desperate.Service: A/C system repair

We were referred to Blue Star by our plumbing company. We contacted them to service our HVAC system. Terry, the technician was prompt and professional. We were so impressed we signed up for the yearly servicing.

Called to get a appointment, they were able to get to my house the next day! Terry showed up on time, very professional and friendly. He found the issue with the heater quickly and completed the repair. Heater is now working GREAT! Thank you Blue Star and Terry for Awesome service. I will use again in the future! 5 Stars
