Had a high rise HVAC unit with a bad reversing valve that was stuck heating instead of cooling. Absolutely miserable. Phillip was able to diagnose the issue in under an hour, confirmed the replacement part was in stock and repaired the unit a couple of days later.

The prior vendor through home warranty tried to gouge the quote by stating the system couldn't be repaired, falsely stating the OEM valve was end of life, a none OEM valve wouldn't work, and that a completely new system was needed. This was absolutely not the case.

“John of High Performance Heating & Air told us that our 25 years old HVAC system is on the way out. I decided to replace both HVAC system in our two houses. He recommended Tri-City Heating & Air-Conditioning to us. I contacted them through their website and David showed up to give us an estimate. “Randy was so helpful and persistent when installing our new Sears Heat Pump. We have a 1950’s home which was not designed for all this newfangled technology. So it was tough to find out why exactly the heat pump would work for a little while and then stop. He came back 4-5 times to trouble shoot.
