The problem was staff, she was nice until I told her I need to think about getting glasses today, and I come back later. She didn’t even gave my eye drops that doctor put it in my file. She wanted to get rid of me asap.“

I was very happy with my eye appointment - I got a more thorough exam than I've had in years, and I left confident that my eyes are healthy. The doctor also took time to explain all my options and make sure all my questions were answered. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Although he didn’t had the right materials which only dealers or the frame I have have, they were so kind to provide a 1st aid so I can pass my stay here with my glasses. “Dr. Respicio has been taking are of us since 1998ish. We started with him in Daly City and now receive care in Hercules. We moved to Nevada 3 years ago and have continued to make the drive to see him because there really is not a better eye doctor on the planet. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Respicio, his office, his staff, everything is top notch. I tried someplace else last year, closer to home, highly recommended, etc. I will be driving the 3.5 hours until Dr. Respicio retires.“
