I was on a visit to SF and had a problem with my glasses. Got a recommendation to visit We Care Optical and was not disappointed. Although he didn’t had the right materials which only dealers or the frame I have have, they were so kind to provide a 1st aid so I can pass my stay here with my glasses. Would recommend to anyone who needs glasses to pay a visit.“

“After 7+ years, I finally got myself another pair of glasses. Two pair actually! Aimee was so friendly and worked with me to pick out the perfect pair of glasses. She had me try on nearly every style in the store and got me to venture outside my comfort zone. I tried on a pair I would never have tried and love them! I got them in two colors. My old glasses were so old, putting the new pair on was an adjustment and Aimee went above and beyond to adjust them perfectly for me. I will definitely recommend The Optician to everyone.“

“Update - have had great service with them recently and they were very accommodating during the trial period!

Very difficult to get an appointment scheduled. They need way more doctors on staff. Didn’t feel like my concerns about my prescription history were heard or considered. Prescription for trial period was off which required going back in for another check.“

Superb customer service, everyone I talked to on the phone and met in person was incredibly helpful. Shout out to Carol, who was super friendly and sweet. She made sure my new glasses were fit and comfortable to wear, even made a little adjustment that I wasn't aware I actually needed.
