To top it all off, EPIC offers one of the best warranties in the market. The warranty is backed not only by the company but also by the roofing material manufacturer. That gives real peace of mind knowing that even in the unlikely event the company were no longer in business, the manufacturer’s labor and material warranty would still remain in place.

Comfy on the other hand was awesome. Their estimate was on the higher end compared to the last vendor but they did it right the first time. Comfy works with the HERS test vendor to ensure the system is tested. It passed. Comfy deals with the city to ensure permits are pulled. The last HVAC lied when he said he pulled permits. Comfy was honest and did things right. Comfy was awesome. Dealing with the city is not nearly as fun but Comfy deals with it. The HERS test vendor they work with was awesome. I wished I knew about them earlier. Their high rating isn't a trick. They're that good!“
