The technician Paul was friendly and knowledgeable in the A/C field. He pretty quickly determined the cause of my A/C problems through a systematic, easiest to hardest method. He found that my contactor in the compressor had burned out and he replaced it. He, also, did a great job of wrapping the cracked hose from the compressor to the house in tape.
