“I was looking to replace my very old gravity heater because I know it is extremely inefficient. I had 3 companies come out to help me decide what makes the most sense for our needs and wants. Adam's estimate was quite a bit better for the exact same system. We discussed this. He is very responsive and was able to complete the job the following week. Adam & Mark were excellent. They kept me informed during the whole process and when we had a glitch (during asbestos removal) and it was going to take an extra day, he offered to provide us with a duct cleaning service (which they scheduled right away). I am very pleased with the new system and definitely recommend them.“

“We had an issue with our toilet performing "Phantom Flushes"....We contacted Albert Nahman Co. to schedule an appointment for service. And Georgy was sent to us. He was on time, very polite, professional and courteous. He took care of our issue by replacing the worn out flapper and making any adjustments to the assembly in the toilet tank. Also checked to make sure toilet was secure and no other leaks. He did a very fine job and our toilet now works better than when it was first installed 15 years ago.Thank you Albert Nahman Company!“

They researched my obscure air conditioning unit, they were able to roll with some difficult documentation, made adjustments as needed, and were able to solve problems on the fly.Professional, it might sound like an basic requirement, but it entails various facets that we most definitely notice when not there. They knew their craft well as professionals and were able to solve problems because of that knowledge base. They did the job efficiently; I felt like every second wasn't wasted and they were able to finish the job at a high quality with in the quoted time.I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, everything was explained, they walked through the installation, everything seemed of high caliber. Granted, this is right after the installation, but everything is working as intended.I have another A/C unit that I'll probably come back to this company for since it was so seamless.“

“I worked with All Things Good recently and had an excellent experience. I had a wall gas heater removed and an electric heat pump with two mini-splits installed. Things went well from start to finish.First, Casey came out for the initial evaluation and proposal. He was knowledgeable, helpful and his communication afterwards was prompt. He recommended adding in insulation which I have noticed has made a big difference already in maintaining the temperature inside my home. He also informed me that I would be eligible for a GoGreen home loan to help finance the project which was a big help.Next, Ricky, the lead on the installation team was also very communicative. He kept me informed about the timing of the project. The install team was friendly and worked quickly. Ricky also helped me afterwards with the warranty.Alex, the owner of the company, walked me through the GoGreen application and gave the supporting documentation to the loan company for that. He was communicative and very helpful in that regard.Lastly, Stacie who works in the office, drove out to my house today to be sure that the rebate forms are in order to qualify me for the rebate. I was so appreciative that she took the time to do that.All in all, I felt that this was one of those rare companies that treats you like they would treat a family member. The price they gave me was the same as another Bay Area company, but the service, the help with the GoGreen loan and the help with the rebate made them stand out. I am thinking about another project and I will definitely go back to them.“

“Mike is the absolute best. He is communicative, so nice, and I always know I'm getting a fair price for the work he does. I was lucky enough to have found him when I was renting - and now that I have a home of my own, he's my go-to plumber. He's fixed drains, he's replaced my water heater, he's successfully troubleshot a complicated loose faucet, he's replaced my garbage disposal and all the old piping related to my kitchen sink issues. To top it off, he truly just is a great human, too. Hands down, hire Dimond if you have any plumbing needs.“

“Element did a fantastic job during the sales process, the planning, the job, and coordinating the testing and inspections. Eduardo was my rep, and not only was he a great consultant for a pretty complex job, he was also the on-site project lead during the install getting his hands dirty along with the rest of the crew.There's a saying that you can have good, fast, or cheap...pick two. Element was very good and very fast. They weren't the cheapest estimate I received, but they were very thorough throughout the process, and ultimately completed a pretty complex job of insulation removal, replacement, installing two heat pumps and air handlers, electrical, and all new ductwork on two floors in just 2.5 days.Eduardo spent a considerable amount of time answering my questions over the course of 1-2 months before I decided to go forward, ultimately spending nearly 2hrs in the later stage of the sales process building a detailed project plan with me throughout the house. During the install a huge crew showed up and banged everything out super fast with almost no mess after the job beyond what was pre-planned for.As they say, you get what you pay for, and Element was solid end to end.“

Phoenix was able to come out the next day and look into my list of heating problems.The gentleman who came out was on time, polite, informative and answered all my questions about upgrades and possible next steps. I have a wall heater which will eventually need replacement, so I had a lot of questions about where to go from here. The day I made the appointment I stated the type of thermostat that I wanted-no bells and whistles, just easy to read and straightforward. I was so pleased to discover that that is exactly what I got-I love it! I also appreciated that there was no upsell, fear tactics or anything like that-just straight, clear information about what I asked about.In the end, all my questions were answered, my heater was fixed and running well & I had a new thermostat that met my needs at a fair price!“

“Across the 5+ decades of my experience of home ownership, I've had cause to hire a lot of people to install or fix something. Yesterday, Gabriel of E-fficient HVAC installed a new hot water heater for us and I'm delighted to share that this experience was one of the rare ones; it was entirely positive. First, when I was calling around to select a company to do the job, Gabriel was completely responsive and over the phone quoted us his flat rate for installing a 50-gallon heater. Every other company cited a range of cost and insisted on sending someone for an estimate. It was so much better and more efficient to be offered a flat cost without add-ons, upsells, conditions, estimates or haggling not to mention that Gabriel's quote was better than any of the others. He arrived on time and promptly set about removing the old heater and replacing it with the new. As our home is built on a hillside, our water heater is under the house and is a tricky installation. True to his word, there was no mention of any additional costs or even a comment about how much work it took to get the old heater out and the ne, w one installed. We strongly recommend Gabriel and E-fficient HVAC for water heater replacement or, for that matter, any service they provide that might be needed. If you work with Gabriel, you'll know what it'll cost you up front and can be assured that the workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism will all be at the top of the scale. “Okay, this may be the weirdest, but most honest review you have read. We took on a lot of water during the atmospheric storms of this year, and called AT Weber. The first crew came out, and out of the kindness of their hearts, gave us a great solution to keep water out of the house in the ensuing storms, probably saving our foundation. After the storms, owner Todd came out twice and gave us two separate bids. As time went on, we had more info and realized the job was very large, and maybe at this time, too much out of scope and scheduling for AT Weber. Todd encouraged us to talk to another company, that referred us to another new start-up locally-owned drainage company, and we are going with them. I wanted to give them and Todd a shout out for holding our hands when we had over a foot of standing water in and around our crawl space and for being so responsible and professional. His patience and expertise, which I almost exhausted, are greatly appreciated. These kinds of concerned businesses are rare. I am very grateful to them.“
