Adam was responsive and was able to come the same day! He was on time and most of all, he was knowledgeable. He fixed my heater and was thorough. The price was great and he didn’t try and upsell anything.
I discovered Ambient Experts using a Google search for Bryant HVAC dealers in my neighborhood. Adam recommended pulling an 8-wire thermostat cable to install a true hybrid gas-electric heating system. He finds power extenders to be unreliable and unnecessary in my case. The next morning, he came out with his crew and rewired my Carrier heat pump, Bryant furnace, and EcoBee thermostat. They did a standard dual-fuel system wiring in about 2 hours. It conforms to industry standards, and the price was very reasonable. I am happy, and believe that my system will be much more reliable in the future. I would use them for warranty service any time.
