Sergio was very knowledgable & polite. He was able to clearly explain the status of our current system & help us understand what we needed to do next. We have contracted with Aarvaks to have a new system installed. We've paid a $1000 down payment to start the process.
Crews were extremely professional, courteous at all times and answered all my questions. Worked very hard, never complained despite the heat and challenges faced regarding access to the crawl spaces both above the main floor and in the crawl space under the house. If you presented a question, they answered it or called the office if needed. The crew was Jose, Rafa, John and Orlando. Jose stayed late on Tuesday to go over the operation of the Air handler, the A/C after he had spent much of the day in both the crawl space and the attic installed the ductwork. Very positive experience.
Sergio arrived on time, was very responsive to my concerns and questions, was thorough in his checking for CO leaks, and just generally carried on the Aarvaks tradition of friendly, reliable service.
