“I got my HVAC system installed by 3rd gen in 2022, this week the heater stopped working . I gave them a call and Devin and Ceaser visited today to fix the issue. “I have had furnace and AC maintenance done by Bell Brothers/ABC since they installed my 7 year old furnace and 29 year old Trane air conditioner. I have have had zero equipment breakdowns. I have added a few parts as recommended. They are so thorough and professional, inspecting all parts of the systems so there are No Surprises! I received the appointment information the day before, day of, just before, and follow- up text and receipt e-mail/ report with photos. They are always available and friendly, as was Ruben, my technician. He sanitized his truck, tablet where I signed, wore a booties, and social distanced. He checked everything, including accessible ductwork in the attic, took parts out to check as needed, vacuumed and washed the old condenser as if I had just bought it. I especially like that there was no pressure for me to replace it until I am ready. It still runs and cools well enough for me so far.. When that time comes, rest assured my new air conditioner will be purchased from and installed by Bell Brothers.“

“Chris came through for me BIG TIME! It was hot out as you know what out, I was due to have a big gathering in a couple days and the AC takes a crap!! Chris was prompt, honest, communicative, and very fair. He went above and beyond and you get more for your money. If you have a problem with your HVAC call Chris!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! “I discovered Ambient Experts using a Google search for Bryant HVAC dealers in my neighborhood. Adam recommended pulling an 8-wire thermostat cable to install a true hybrid gas-electric heating system. He finds power extenders to be unreliable and unnecessary in my case. The next morning, he came out with his crew and rewired my Carrier heat pump, Bryant furnace, and EcoBee thermostat. They did a standard dual-fuel system wiring in about 2 hours. It conforms to industry standards, and the price was very reasonable. I am happy, and believe that my system will be much more reliable in the future. I would use them for warranty service any time. I wish I had known about them when I got bids for the job.“

“This review is for a major HVAC upgrade we did with them in 2021. I really appreciated their detailed back and forth on system design, which allowed me to focus on energy efficiency and comfort (we had them install a variable speed heat pump system). The work was done in schedule and with a lot of attention to detail. All the air vents were redone, which meant enlarging holes in the floor. Something that's potentially messy but came out really nicely. There were only two hiccups: 1. They initially installed the wrong thermostat. A variable speed heat pump needs a specialized wall controller. After I noticed that, they sent a senior technician to have it replaced. 2. Despite being listed as a BayREN contractor, they failed to apply for the rebate for me and even after a lot of prodding, they just didn't do it. It seemed their office staff was completely overwhelmed and their leadership not paying enough attention I still use them for annual service and friends have had great experience with them. I would have given them five stars if not for the rebate debacle.“

“Harry Clark Plumbing came out and an estimator gave me an estimate to replace gas my furnace. I compared the price to a couple of other companies on Yelp and their price looked good and they answered my questions. We made an appointment and their team came out and replaced my furnace in just a couple of hours. I got a building inspector myself to come out to give me a permit for the new furnace. The inspector took just a few seconds before signing off on the permit.“
