Anson is a pro, and cares about his customers. He understands that offering free — and spot-on — advice will lead to callbacks for bigger issues down the road, and that customer satisfaction runs far deeper than just tightening some bolts on somebody’s behalf. I trust him completely with any job in my home, both assessment and repair, and with honest and effective communication, making sure I feel taken care of.

Brook came out to see why my AC wasn't blowing cold air. He found the problem in a fuse and fixed it in about 30 minutes. He seemed to really know what he was doing, explained it clearly, gave me a couple options to fix it and completed the work quickly. He came out 2 days after my call. Highly recommend.

I didn't know why the AC in the house was no longer blowing cold air. Spot Free HVAC called me back and set an appointment for the next day! Brook came out and inspected the set up and found a leak. He quickly repaired the leak and pumped more Freon into the system and it was ready to go. I appreciate how quick the repair was able to be done and the advice he gave to update our system. Will definitely be using this business again in the future!
