“Accutemp was pleasant to work with; they were able to schedule the install fairly promptly despite being the busy season, and got it done in a day. Since then the heat pump has functioned very well, keeping a large upper storey room cool on hot evenings. They were also very prompt and accommodating in dealing with a permit issue that arose from the subcontractor, making it as painless as possible. “The electrician that completed the work was very professional. The quality of the install was good. There was a small issue with the external outlet that was resolved the next day.

I cannot give this company five stars because of the rude behaviour over the phone. It’s poor customer service to blame the client rather than just having an electrician stop by to investigate and resolve.
