The technician came to our house right on time and got the two fireplaces cleaned and serviced for a reasonable price. He also brought along a small piece of paper with a reminder on it that FortisBC offers an appliance maintenance rebate for our two units that I could apply for online. “Victoria Coal and Heating took great care of us. We had a plan to convert our oil heating to natural gas, but before we did it we ran out of oil (at Christmas). Vic Coal sent someone by to fill to what we needed until our natural gas install date. The price of the combi system and install was fair, and there were no unexpected costs (even though there was an unexpected moment in the install).
