We just had a new heat pump installed with Accutemp and can’t say enough good things about them. The team from Mark the estimated through to all the trades people did an incredible job. Everyone was very courteous and professional and stayed on estimate. We have already given out their name to others looking for a heat pump and would recommend them to anyone else looking.

Reviews
In August 2021 an Accutemp team arrived at our Duncan home and swiftly removed our oil tank, oil furnace, and oil-fired hot-water tank. Within several hours the sheet metal workers had modified the ductwork so that the air handler could replace the location where once the oil furnace existed. The outside heat pump was installed by the Team-Leader, Heather Vermette, and later it was braced to stabilize it against high wind gusts by Estimator, Andrew Thompson. Andrew guided us from the beginning through the entire process and answered our numerous questions with the greatest of patience. To all, Haulers and Installers, my wife and I thank you, not only for what you did, but for the manner by which you interacted in executing this multitasked mission. I have nothing but praise for you: Heather, Heidi, Morgana, Jonathan and Andrew. A special shout-out to the office staff for their friendly helpfulness in addressing our inquiries: Kyla Greff (Service Co-ordinator) and Susannah Morrison (Accounting Manager).

Accutemp was pleasant to work with; they were able to schedule the install fairly promptly despite being the busy season, and got it done in a day. Since then the heat pump has functioned very well, keeping a large upper storey room cool on hot evenings. They were also very prompt and accommodating in dealing with a permit issue that arose from the subcontractor, making it as painless as possible. Happy to say that I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!
