Life Mechanical is fantastic! My tenants discovered on returning from Christmas holidays that the gas fireplace in their townhouse had turned itself off. They couldn't get it to start, despite changing the batteries. ARC Fireplace wasn't able to send anyone for two weeks but recommended Jim at Life Mechanical. Jim came the next day and quickly got the fireplace working. He also cleaned the glass! When he was leaving he noticed the thermostat on the wall wasn't working. He confirmed the electric baseboards were functional, and then advised on how to replace the thermostat. He was helpful, thorough and very pleasant! Good professional work! We had our water heater replaced, our fireplace serviced, and our bathroom faucet replaced by them. Overall, we are satisfied with their work except for rare instances of unexpected drop in water temperature while in the midst of using the hot shower.
Had problem with hot water boiler and Life Mechanical gave me some good advice over the phone and made an appointment within two days. Katie attended and was quite competent and knowledgeable. She got the job done and was very generous with advice. Wayne
