Our hot water tank decided to leak the firstnight of the big freeze . Ryan was already booked to install our new faucet. He not only replaced the tank but also fixed our faucet . No need to use a new one . Fantastic service .
This is the 2nd time I've used their services and both times received excellent customer service. The plumber clearly explained the problem and offered cost effective options for repair - no upselling.
I have dealt with this company several times and they never disappoint. Honest, informed staff, some with multiple abilities of other trades as well. My lovely pipe below my sink disengaged while I had a full sink of water. They were able to come the same day and fix it up. It needed some heavy duty tool to disengage it from the sink so happy that they were very prompt and knowledgeable to get the job done promptly.
