We did experience some issues not with their services but with the equipment, which they could not control. The team stuck with it, worked with the manufacturer to troubleshoot and fix the problem. None of us expected this but throughout, they did what they said and stood behind their services. I wish that my experience with other contractors could be as good as this one. After the problem was assessed I was given price options for the work that needed to be done.
