Victoria Coal and Heating installed a new natural gas furnace and on demand hot water in our home. Their pricing was upfront, and fair. The service and install was professional and included removing and disposing of our old oil furnace and tank. They were punctual and updated us on the install date to coincide with our natural gas meter installation. My inducer motor went out, I know everyone is busy at this time of the year. Victoria Coal came out within a week and serviced my natural gas furnace (Carrier), diagnosed the issue and assisted with the repair. I spoke to several people (Mia, Andrew and I believe someone else when I called). Everyone was professional, friendly and dealt with the issue quickly and professionally. Highly recommended. What a great company. I just had them install a gas liner and chimney cap. They were quick to respond with a visit and quote. When I booked them for service there wasn't a long wait. They did the job efficiently and the final charge was the same price as the quote. I really appreciate how competitive they were with their pricing. They did not try to overcharge. I will hire them again.
