The electrician that completed the work was very professional. The quality of the install was good. There was a small issue with the external outlet that was resolved the next day.

I cannot give this company five stars because of the rude behaviour over the phone. It’s poor customer service to blame the client rather than just having an electrician stop by to investigate and resolve.

Again, I give high praise for the employee who completed the work.

It starts with contacting the admin who’s great with communication and eager to get things rolling. The electricians are prompt, always courteous, efficient and very professional. We run a group home of very sensitive clients; the electricians are always respectful and accommodating. Highly recommend!
