We were very pleased with our recent heat pump maintenance. The attending technician, Yaro, was very professional, extremely thorough (cleaned absolutely everything), and obviously very knowledgeable about our type of system. He took the time to explain some things that were useful and will help us use it more efficiently. The cost was quite reasonable for what he did and we hope to have him back next year. Highly recommended.
Did an excellent heat pump install many years ago and today troubleshot an odd glitch in the temperature sensor successfully during the annual servicing. Reliable service from a long established company with knowledgeable staff. We bought a Mitsubishi having heard not so great things about the USA made products in terms of long term reliability.
