During our yearly check up they found some mold so we had to have it removed. It seemed like it was going to be a large problem to us. Joel arrived early in the morning and we were glad to see that he was the person who did our check up. The whole job went so smoothly and Joel was great at answering any questions we had. We were very pleased with everyone who helped us from the office staff to Joel who did a great job
