They do seem busy, so I’d recommend booking ahead rather than waiting too long.“

“We scheduled an appointment for maintenance. Given 8-12 window. 1130 get call to advice it will be sometime after 12. How long specifically? They couldn’t say for certain as tech was on ferry. Ferry? Yes from salt spring. I look at the ferry schedules and wonder how on earth the tech was ever going to make the commitment of 8-12.
Tech shows around 130. Super great guy Kale. Happy with the maintenance but not the commitment to the booked appointment time. If time were money? Can this company actually expect people to wait from 8am onwards. Well we did and made ourselves busy. Note: we were offered another day during the call and that seemed like a complete waste of another morning. Someone should learn how to schedule“
