He was willing to spend more than 2 hours on the phone with Navien tech support so that they would approved Heat exchange which was still under warranty which was extremely complicated process in order for them to approve for replacement. They approved and sent the part by noon.on April 30/26. He was willing to come back to remove the old and install the new part. In order for us to have warm shower. He was on-time, professional, and took care of my problems without any hassle. I love that they will come and do the assessment for free (so many companies I called will charge $$ just to come) and gives you very reasonable pricing, which you approve, before doing the job.

I had a broken garburator and problems with hot water not coming out of my kitchen sink and Damien came and took care of everything in less than 2 hours.
