“I had the opportunity to get to know Amir over a two day time span.
Amir (the company Owner) was contracted to replace our dated and worn out, tankless water heater as well as our gas heating furnace.
On the first day of his install, despite being short staffed and in a compromised state (having recently being affected by a foot injury that occurred a few days prior). Despite his setbacks, he showed great courage and commitment just by showing up and proceeding to work on our scheduled date.
I observed how knowledgeable he was about hvac systems and his ability to problem solve issues. Due to our furnace having a customized installation design, the process required various adjustments and quick thinking to maintain a timely schedule and to utilize all the parts and accessories needed to complete this process.
