“We had a Navien hot water on demand tank put in last Feb 2022
The team was clean and respectful.
Having a large family that works hard sometimes out in the cold all day, its nice to know that everyone will have the chance of a hot shower not just the first one or two.
I love the Hot water on demand
I am so thankful that this company cares about the safety and health of the customers, when address concerns about the smell of propane from the exhaust fumes, they were able to vent the exhaust out through the roof.
As there was a straight pipe that went right out of the roof .
side note
Always make sure you see and know where the exhaust pipe will be. Not recommend to have it near sitting areas, or windows that are often left opened, if possible.
Some people like me are extremely sensitive to the odor.
My communication with Kimberly Mcintosh has been amazing. She has gone over and above to make me feel like what I said matters. I am very happy with her follow through and dedication to customer support. I felt heard.
I believe it was because of her care for the company, Kimberly is making sure the team can be proud of their name
Bromac Plumbing heating and Air conditioning.
Kimberly made sure that our original request to vent through the roof was looked into and not ignored.
I write this review with her in mind as well as Cody as he was very kind when he came back to look into the matter.
The original venting of the exhaust into our back yard, sitting area, they were able to easily correct to our request pipe it out the roof.
I do highly recommend this company their team as well worked hard and were kind.
also I have notice a few elderly people arent always tech savy. Email communication etc, and find it difficult to understand some accents. It is refresh to have an english speaking, good quality company.”
