David came highly recommended by a family member a couple years back when I needed to replace my furnace. He was easy to talk to and made recommendations based on my needs. As a customer/consumer, the most important aspect of working with people is trust. There were challenges with permits with the city that came up but he and his team made it very simple for me and took care of everything: Since then he replaced my water tank and his uncle with decades of experience performed th installation. David provides excellent, prompt service. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had two fireplace fans that became noisy from years of working. He explains very clearly what is wrong and what he is doing to fix this situation. And he is very reasonable in his rates, which is greatly appreciated. Thank you, David!
