I called Tidal Mechanical because my son, who was working in the construction industry, knew of their work, and work ethic, and recommended I call when I was needing help unblocking my sink garburator. The fellow who arrived also fixed the dripping sink faucet. He was clean, courteous, and worked quickly. I appreciated that a technician was able to attend to my problems soon after I made my call. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a good plumber.

Wow! I cannot say strongly enough how much I appreciated the fantastic work from Tidal Mechanical. I sat on the fence for years waiting to get air conditioning until I could afford it (that time never came). Rob guided me through the entire rebate process for my new dual fuel heat pump and furnace system for our home. Rob's guidance was so significant that my renovation was basically free after rebate. Not only was Rob extremely pro-active in ensuring I received the maximum rebate from the government, Paolo, Brian and Hon performed the installation of the equipment in a timely and TIDY manner. We have received exceptional service from Rob and Paolo over the years, both for big jobs (renos!) and for small, on-the-spot jobs and emergencies. They are not only very knowledgeable and professional but both are also great individuals to deal with. Gold standard service with a friendly twist!
