We have recently upgraded our outdated furnace with a new, energy-efficient Trane model. The team, consisting of estimator Josh and technicians Brayden and Joe, exceeded our expectations. Josh was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the products in detail, ensuring we made an informed decision. The technicians Brayden and Joe were also highly skilled and efficient in their work. Not only did they complete the installation in a professional manner, but they also attentively listened to our requirements and executed the installation exactly as we wanted, both inside and outside the house, ensuring everything looked perfect. We highly recommend this company and crew to others. One minor suggesting, we noticed hot air was blowing out from the air duct where it is joint with the top of the furnace when it is on and we suggest sealing those joints to further improve efficiency.

Louie from Direct Buy Furnace arrived on time as scheduled. Introduced himself and his partner and looked at the proposed installation and mentioned that it was going to be complicated and suggested a different install which worked out better. Louie and his crew and the electrician did a great job and finished everything without a mess. Waiting for some hot weather to try out the system !!
