“Ed from Flame Heating installed a new Carrier furnace at my parent's house. It is an old house with tight spaces and it took Ed 3 days to remove old furnace, install new one, and replace the piping (to meet code). It took longer than expected, but Ed worked on the piping for 2 days and even helped move washer/dryer to find space to do the pipe installation. Before leaving each day he vacuumed up the space and made sure the heat was back on. Thanks Ed!Lorrie at the office is a pleasure to work with. “It was Jan 12th... - 16 in Burnaby... My furnace was sounding loud and didn't want it to die in the middle of our deep freeze weather. I called Ashton.. explained what I needed. It happened a technician was in my area. He was here in 15 mins. Gave my furnace the once over and said everything was fine. Tested the house for carbon monoxide and all was good.
