“We recently discovered that our 16-year-old water heater needed replacement. We contacted three companies, and Aquaflame quickly stood out. Sam was the only representative who immediately discussed the technical details and provided thoughtful recommendations. In contrast, one of the other contractors accused us of wasting his time because we had not yet made a commitment.<br><br>Sam recommended the Midea Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater, and we are extremely pleased with the upgrade. We also own a Midea portable air conditioner, which has been outstanding—it can cool our master bedroom dramatically in about 15 minutes—so we had every confidence in Sam’s recommendation.<br><br>His crew was efficient, professional, and highly skilled. They completed the installation with excellent workmanship and left the site spotless when the job was finished.<br><br>As shown in the attached BC Hydro graph, the results have been impressive. Since the installation of the new heat pump water heater, the light-blue bars representing our daily electricity usage have flattened noticeably from June 10 onward, consistently remaining around or below the 20 kWh mark.
