Shaun and his team did a great job. He came to inspect our 50gallon hot water tank that was leaking. He immediately recommended replacing this old tank and offered a very reasonable price to finish the job in 3 hrs.After researching the market I realized that his offer was very reasonable. The 2nd day he came with the team and finished the job in less than 3 hrs. They left the place clean and took away the old tank.I appreciate very much what they did and certainly recommend this company for anyone who is having similar problems

I choose Pro West solely by way of posted reviews and the reviews posted were by far posted as positive. I needed our furnace looked at as it had stopped working. They sent out a technician " promptly " and it was diagnosed as needing replacement. The existing furnace (York brand 80% efficiency) was over 15 years old and had been trouble free during those years, and logically had reached its lifespan which was supported by reading reviews on the average "modern" furnace life expectancies. I had Kevin as my technician for the fireplace. The service was very professional and he even made sure to clean everything up even the glass doors. Highly recommend and will hire again for maintenance.
