“Theo came to our house on April 29/26 for Boiler maintenance and inspection. He found out we had gas leaking out from heat exchange. He was willing to spend more than 2 hours on the phone with Navien tech support so that they would approved Heat exchange which was still under warranty which was extremely complicated process in order for them to approve for replacement. They approved and sent the part by noon.on April 30/26. He was willing to come back to remove the old and install the new part. In order for us to have warm shower. “My house in Surrey had new high efficiency hydronic Rinnai Boiler with Indirect domestic hot water tank (Echo Kong 80 gallon ) installed from using over 20 years old high cost utility conventional boiler system by Sam airi CP Heating team. At first I was referred by my church friend for his very good professional service with good reasonable cost. their job was very excellent and very timely on time. their wall mount newq boiler box with new wiring new repiping job looks very good installed to the wall.
When I had questions or concerns to solve and clarify , he visited my house and explained very well, So I had a very clear understanding. I was very satisfied for their service to my house.

“Would give more stars if possible. This is the second time I used MidCity Plumbing and Damien was exceptional both times.

He was on-time, professional, and took care of my problems without any hassle. I love that they will come and do the assessment for free (so many companies I called will charge $$ just to come) and gives you very reasonable pricing, which you approve, before doing the job.
