“I just recently had a service completed by Grip Tire & Auto, and I'm extremely happy with the service. I came in for an oil change, and included with an oil change was a general visual inspection. Iain was awesome to work with while booking the appointment, and he had excellent communication throughout the service. While my car was in the shop, he emailed an inspection sheet for me to review. Attached were pictures and prices of the proposed repairs which truly shows full transparency with this shop. Iain then followed up to explain the inspection sheet and asked for the go-ahead to ensure that the necessary repairs were addressed. As someone who has had many negative experiences with mechanics pushing unnecessary repairs on me, I feel that the staff here are very honest. I will be trusting Iain and his team to take care of any upcoming maintenance on my vehicle in the future. Also, a bonus is they washed my vehicle and vacuumed the inside! Diego's workmanship was all top notch, and the heating in all 3 homes now is working perfectly. No issues anymore whatsover! “Omid was great. We replaced our 10 year old tank with a tankless Rinnai 199iN. Once our appointment was confirmed, he came on-time. Work was done professionally and they left the place clean. I had a couple of "extras" that I had Omid do and it was all to my satisfaction. They also didn't mind me hovering over them time to time so it was a great experience for me as well. Will deal with Omid again when our furnace needs replacing. Also need mentioning that whoever is on the fence with a tankless, take the plunge - it's a game changer in our household!“

“We hired Urban plumbing to help our building's sump pump flooding issue. Marco from Urban Plumbing was very professional and quickly had a plan of action to take this building to the next level of sump pump redundancy protection with alarms. He gave us a quote up front for three projects and we agreed to move forward with one project at a time. The first involved re-routing the elevator sump to pump directly through one floor of the parkade and then out of the building instead of dumping into another sump pit to be pumped out later and avoid pumping water twice. They coordinated everything from concrete x-ray scans to core drilling. Next they installed two new three phase pumps to replace the single phase pumps that were incorrectly installed years ago by other plumbers in the primary sump. The final phase of the project was to replace a worn out sump pump in the parkade sump pit. Urban Plumbing were very professional and the job was completed on time and on budget. They all were a pleasure to work with and would definitely recommend them.“
